Thank you!

Just wanted to thank Mike, Mallory and Grant for these adorable monkey pjs they bought for Caiden. They are currently the only pjs that fit him since he is growing so fast. Thanks guys!

He is growing so fast!

Caiden is growing so fast! We took him to the doctor the other day and he is already 10lbs 10oz he is probably 11lbs by now, BIG BOY! It's not that he is fat, even though he is getting a belly, but he is really long. It kind of makes me sad that he is growing so fast. I look at his newborn pictures and can't believe how much he has changed in just a month. I want him to slow down but I am also looking forward to him sitting up on his own, crawling, walking and talking. Its fun to know that we have so much to look forward to when it comes to Caidens growth and development. He is cooing alot now (more like grunts actually) and he is able to track things with his eyes. Now I am just waiting for that first smile. I have posted some pictures below to show just how much he has grow, he even looks different!

What a big boy!

Last Wednesday Caiden had a doctors appointment. The doctor was impressed how much weight he had gained. We have a big boy on our hands. When he was born he weighed 8.8lbs. On his three day old appointment he weighed 8.3lbs. Then on his 12 day old appointment he weighed 8.13lbs. The doctor was impressed that he had already passed his birth weight. He said that normally they want a baby to get back at birth weight by day 14. He should be gaining weight all he does is eat!

His stats are: weight 54 percentile, height, 92 percentile and head 36 percentile. He is a really long boy. So maybe there is hope he could be tall!

New arrival to our family!

Our son Caiden Michael Veal arrived November 28th at 5:02am. He weighed 8lbs 8oz and was 20.5 inches long. He is a great baby! He only crys when he's hungry. He is such a blessing to us and we are so excited that he has finally arrived!
